Subject: flow-fill.el and rfc3676

flow-fill.el implements rfc2646. rfc2646 has been obsoleted by
rfc3676. i think the only interesting change is the addition of the
delsp=yes modifier.
anybody feel like updating flow-fill.el to implement delsp=yes?
here's an example of an email message i received recently.

|Mime-Version: 1.0 (Apple Message framework v619)
|Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; delsp=yes; format=flowed
|Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

i trimmed out all the irrelevant headers, obviously.
there's a space after the question mark.
it seems because gnus does not implement delsp=yes, when i view the
email message, the URL does not get re-joined, and so the URL is not
quite clickable (well, part of the URL is clickable...).
