Why base64.el is in contrib directory? I'v got many emails with
subject coded with base64:
Subject: =?iso-8859-2?B?emFwcmFzemFtIHBvIG9kYmnzciBmYWtzdQ==?=
when i move base64.el to lisp dir and compile it, then all is right.
