I noticed a small problem when trying to save an attached image. What
I did:

Right mouse -> menu -> save (what is the keyboard shortcut for this?)
  enter a remote (ftp) location
save fails since I forgot the username

When I try to save the file again the same way, I never get asked
where to save it. It just fails to save for the same reason as
above. This is after leaving and reentering the group too.

`o' on the MIME button.

Hm. It should always prompt for the location...
