Hi,

I already reported a problem with uudecoding (using Gnus) of files
containing blank lines inside a uuencoded data.  Here is another
problem which arises when one tries to uudecode files which are
splitted in several mail messages. It appears that Gnus *tries* to do
*something* when uudecoding files which are splitted into several
mails. However, it does this incorrectly (at least sometimes): the
length (and sum) of uudecoded files appear to be wrong, and the files
are damaged. Here is an example of file which was decoded incorrectly
by Gnus. If you want, I can send the whole set of mails which were
decoded incorrectly. Note, that this time the were NO blank lines
inside a uuencoded data.

The first section looks like:

Perhaps it guesses the sequence of the articles wrong?  See the manual
for some chatter about how gnus-uu guesses.
