I have a feature request for Red Gnus. I'd like to see group
parameters associated with Topics, that apply to all groups in that
topic. Sub-topics would inherit, and could override the group
parameters from their parent topics they are in.
That way I could set several parameters for all groups in the [Mail]
topic and so on..
