Getting rid of `M-x gnus-bug' and just instructing people to use `M-x report-emacs-bug' instead would make a lot of sense at this point, I think. However, as Didier points out, Gnus is also distributed outside of Emacs. And I'm not sure whether the Emacs people would appreciate non-Emacs bug reports that much.
