I didn't even know that table took a bgcolor parameter. :-) Do all
elements take bgcolor/fgcolor parameters?

That should be a (nconc ... shr-stylesheet), otherwise you're not
inheriting from the parents.

I'm not really sure I understand the point here. Surely tag-table
should just colourise all its contents? Which it does now if you say
<table style="background: blue">, doesn't it?
So: Render the entire table, and then colourise it afterwards, just like
with all other tags...
