Is this my problem? a problem at work? Lars's problem?
seton is a machine at home dialed into some machine at work that's
behind a firewall. The funky proxy stuff is from a tip from ShengHuo
ZHU - I patched the cvs sources to get through the firewall.

Gee, I can't log into to /usr/local/csvroot. Imagine that.
