Hello all!
I want to display images in articles inline with Oort Gnus 0.04 and
GNU Emacs 21.0.102.
I think i set all variables, and pictures are displayed as attachment
initially. That's ok. But when i press <RET> on the button, Gnus
offers me to "Save MIME part to" ...
I would expect that Gnus displays the images inline. I removed all
links between image/* and apps in the mailcap files.
My image related settings:
(require 'image-file)
(auto-image-file-mode t)
(setq mm-inline-large-images t)
(require 'mm-decode)
(defun mm-image-fit-p (handle)
"Say whether the image in HANDLE will fit the current window."
t) ; fit always
;; Display inline instead of as an attachment
(setq mm-attachment-override-types
(append '("message/rfc822"
"text/.*"
"image/.*")
mm-attachment-override-types))
Best regards,
cu, -cc-

Look Ma, this man can twist his fingers as if they were made of rubber,
isn't that amazing? -- Not really, he's been using emacs for years...!
