Hi,
wgen i press `g' on some article, it is marked as read, and a line in
a summary buffer changes the color (becomes green). but when i press
`C-u g' on some article, and then `g', then the article's line does
not change it's color.
Is this a correct behavior?

Yup. Fix in Gnus v5.8.0.
