M-RET is broken in 0.98

`message-newline-and-reformat' function (bound to `M-return' in
message-mode) seems to be broken in 0.98:

Doing `(require 'supercite)' fixes it. However, I think that in 0.97 it
worked out of the box.

I vaguely remember that there was a discussion about that function on ding
list a month ago, but I don't rebember what exactly was it about and what
the outcome was...

Yes, Lars has now changed the function to grok SuperCite.  Maybe Gnus
should presume that SuperCite is not being used unless (featurep
'supercite).

The new version of the function (in CVS) has removed all dependencies
on Supercite.
