The default value of tls-program is:

(defcustom tls-program '("gnutls-cli -p %p %h"
			 "gnutls-cli -p %p %h --protocols ssl3"
                         "openssl s_client -connect %h:%p -no_ssl2 -ign_eof")

With my five imaps test servers, the first two commands fail on four of
them, while the last command is successful on all five.

So moving the openssl command to the beginning of the list seems to give
me much shorter start-up time, so I'm assuming that might be the case
for most users.  (Isn't that how you do proof by induction?  "It's right
in one case, so it must be right in infinite number of cases."  Yeah, my
math education is coming back to me now...)

Would it be awful if I changed the default to use openssl first in the
list?
