The agent is kinda like a local mirror of a remote news spool. I'm not sure that allowing editing of that mirror would be the cleanest thing to do. But perhaps we could just allow editing of any arbitrary message from all read-only servers by just copying over the article over to the cache, and editing the copy in the cache?
