Just some cleanups to make nnmaildir more at home in CVS.
	* gnus.el (gnus-valid-select-methods): Include nnmaildir.
	* nnmaildir.el (top-level): Add commentary.
	(nnmaildir-version): Indicate that nnmaildir is now a standard
        part of Gnus, not separately released.
