The other day I tried at home to checkout gnus from cvs.gnus.org,
following the instructions on the gnus website.

I got an error saying something like:

cvs checkout: no such module gnus

As I write I'm behind a firewall, so it is tedious to check. I'm try
again tonight, but has anyone experienced this problem. Is gnus cvs
working ok?

Jens

Thanks for the reply, Joerg.

And you're using a cvsroot of

        :pserver:gnus@cvs.gnus.org:/usr/local/cvsroot

as advertised on <http://www.gnus.org/distribution.html>?

I'll try again tonight at home if I'm not too tired.

My only comment is that you're doing "cvs update", whereas I want to
do "cvs checkout" which is less common... it is imaginable that cvs
update is ok, but cvs checkout could be broken on the server side, or
maybe I was just unlucky the other day.

Jens
