Hi,

if the message i'm following up (gnus-summary-followup-with-original)
contains `From:', `To:', and `cc:' headers, gnus does not reply to the
recipients listed in the `cc:' header. Is this because gnus does not
recognize it as a `Cc:' header? imho, header names should be treated
case-insensitively.
