Let's just fix it.

I've already posted to gnu.misc.discuss that I'm actively interested in
being part of some sort of general development effort aimed at a free
Netscape.  One of the things that should happen is that nearly all of the
additional bulk should be compile-time options.

(This is probably not on-topic for this list; additional comments will be
moved to other fora.)
