Ok to install?

Some stuff piled up pending No Gnus, I believe most if it has been
discussed before.  Any objections to installing these soonish?

* IMAP ID (RFC 2971) support (<ilud6c2qupk.fsf@latte.josefsson.org>)
* SASL library (CRAM-MD5/DIGEST-MD5/NTLM), currently part of FLIM.
  The copyrights have been assigned, except possibly the SCRAM-MD5 part,
  which I'm not installing.  This also add a new *.texi manual.
* Use SASL library in imap.el and sieve*.el.  The sieve part has been
  used in the XEmacs Sieve package.
* Command in group mode to edit all.SCORE
  (<ilu4qvk62f3.fsf@latte.josefsson.org>)
* Add password.el and make PGG use it.

I am not a Gnus developer but sounds ok to me since these are _useful_
for the majority and I am impatient in having some of them accessible :)
