Yeah, I wasn't sure how to implement this. What I really want is a
command that says "give me the new IMAP mailboxes since <date>", but
that doesn't seem to exist.
I've now implemented a `nnimap-request-newgroups' that should work OK,
though, but isn't blindingly fast...
