It's not in the CVS history at all, which means that it was added
before we started using CVS. That's a long time ago. :-)
I can't remember ever using this command. In the other hand, now that
I know it exists, perhaps I will. I do often remove superfluous
addresses from the Cc header, and `C-c M-k' does seem more handy than
doing it manually. :-)
