The only iso-8859-2 fonts that I have seem to be produced by xfsft (a TrueType font server), from the Microsoft provided fonts. The catch is that for these particular fonts (in their core set), you need to use one of their operating systems, since they've chosen to package them up in an executable that's not a self-extracting zip file. But having done that, you can just copy the fonts across and things work properly. Doubtless there are other sources.
