Grr.  I don't seem to be able to bump the version number in CVS.
5.10.x was version 6.x, and when I try to do a "cvs commit -r7.1", it
says "cvs server: Up-to-date check failed for `post.xpm'".  Just the
xpm files.

Anybody got any ideas?
