Subject: Re: gnus-thread-sort reverse?

ShengHuo,
It only works if I do:
--- WORKS
((gnus-summary-line-format "%U%R%z%4{%4,4L%} %(%1{%[%-18,18n%]%}%) |%2{%d%}| %3{%s%}\n")
(gnus-thread-sort-functions
(list
(lambda
(h1 h2)
(gnus-thread-sort-by-date h2 h1)))))
--
If I put (gnus-show-threads nil) ..- to keep unthreaded -.. before
(gnus-thread-sort-functions), sorting does not happen reverse. So I
guess no reverse sort without threading.
-- DOESN'T WORK
((gnus-show-threads nil)
(gnus-summary-line-format "%U%R%z%4{%4,4L%} %(%1{%[%-18,18n%]%}%) |%2{%d%}| %3{%s%}\n")
(gnus-thread-sort-functions
(list
(lambda
(h1 h2)
(gnus-thread-sort-by-date h2 h1)))))
--
So what about he optional REVERSE tag given to gnus-thread-sort*?
Does it not work anymore?
Thanks.
