If I don't give any width parameter in epsfig at all, it prints beautifully, with no moire effects at all. All the pixels in the faces are nice and square, and will print on the t-shirts quite nicely, I think. However, this makes the design slightly too large to print on A4. :-/ Hm... the printing shop actually uses (almost) A3 screens, so if I had an A3 printer, they could screen directly from that page without doing any enlarging/reduction at all.
