Well -- the problem here is that you want your ISP to generate the Message-ID. This is not a good idea. For instance, if you send a combined message (a message with both a Cc and a Newsgroups header), the two copies will have differing Message-ID's, which is non-compliant with the drafts for the RFC for combined messages.
