Yup.  This should be fixed now.

I believe the reason the manual is wrong here was some fiddling I was
doing with the texi2latex thing, and I just couldn't get it to parse
@samp{%@{} correctly.  So I changed it to @samp{%@[}.  And forgot to
change it back.  :-)
