The solution for this problem is called RFC 2015 (MIME-PGP) and is
(at least in part) implemented by TM.  I'm still working on an RFC 2015
implementation for pgnus.  Unfortunately, in the past, I couldn't spend
that much time on this project I initially had expected, but hopefully
this will change soon. ;)
