Hello,
I use 5.8.3 with 20.6 and from time to time when I press J s to fetch all
groups when I'm plugged in, it fetches every article in every groups. Ok, that
is what it is supposed to do, but when I then switch to Unplugged, groups that
are on the nntp server with different port, i.e.:
(nntp "news.muni.cz"
(nntp-port-number 1119))
Gnus is trying to fetch group like nntp+news.muni.cz:cz.muni.fi+something (I
do not remember it exactly and can not simulate it again). But it is not
trying to get the correct group which is nntp+news.muni.cz:cz.muni.fi. I can
not reproduce it, but when it will appear again, I will save the exact
name. This behavior can be seen only with groups on nntp port other than 119
:-(
