You don't.  The "cooking" doesn't alter the file on disk in any way,
it simply applies some "cosmetics" on top of it in the displayed
buffer.  Think of it as looking at the raw text through a magic pair
of sunglasses that hide some parts, enhance others.

_That_ is your answer... open the saved message in Gnus and you'll
have your magic sunglasses on. :-)
