Updated Gnus from CVS this morning, but it's been quite some time
since I've sent a jpeg attachment.  Sending a PDF didn't have this
problem.  Here's the backtrace I get after hitting \C-c\C-c in the
message buffer.

Did some digging in the CVS logs and diffs.  Looks like this was added
in mm-util.el version 7.21 and there's a comment there that to use it
I need to load the apel package.  I've got the latest xemacs sumo and
apel is there, but there's no file called apel.el.  What needs to be
loaded for this to work, and shouldn't it be required in mm-util.el
or perhaps some xemacs specific file?

I'm sorry to have forgotten non-Mule XEmacs.  Fixed.
