OK, I can send mail from root, but not from any user. I'm thinking
this is probably a permissions problem, but I can't find the culprit.
/tmp is 1777 root.root
/var/spool/mail is 775 root.mail
/var/spool/mqueue is 755 root.mail
These are probably too loose, if anything. I don't know what else to
look at.
