Well the problem is that bbdb-pgp.el looks like it has been written for mailcrypt, and I use gpg.el/oort 0.04. I suck in LISP, I tried to modify it but it doesn't work at all. So I've just printed "Programming in Emacs LISP. An Introduction". Maybe will I make than work later...
