Hello,
Dunno if anybody has already experienced this weird thing, but it
seems I can't send mail when I set my laptop in Wifi mode.
I get this backtrace:
Debugger entered--Lisp error: (error "Sending failed; SMTP protocol
error")
signal(error ("Sending failed; SMTP protocol error"))
byte-code("ÂÃÃ
Ã\b\"!!!
[-- Attachment #2: Type: text/plain, Size: 6 bytes --]

A\"" [smtpmail-smtp-server
signals-data shrink-window-if-larger-than-buffer display-buffer get-buffer
format "*trace of SMTP session to %s*" signal] 6)
smtpmail-send-it()
#[nil "\b " [message-send-mail-function] 1]()
gnus-agent-send-mail()
message-send-mail(nil)
message-send-via-mail(nil)
message-send(nil)
message-send-and-exit(nil)
call-interactively(message-send-and-exit)
When I turn the Wifi off, and go back to cable mode, all is ok.
All I can say is that it hangs on something like:
354 End Data With <CR><LF>.<CR><LF>
before it dumps the backtrace given above.
Any hint ?
Regards.

Toggle `smtpmail-debug-info' and post the content of the *trace of
SMTP session to <somewhere>* buffer.
