I had a problem like this with inn. It was adding the moderator address
to the article and then invoking `sendmail -t' on it. sendmail would
then send it both to the moderator and also to whomever was listed in the
existing To: and Cc: headers. The To: and Cc: addresses would get two
copies because the posting agent had already sent them one. Solution:
Don't use `sendmail -t' to send articles to the moderation address, pass
the header recipient on the command line.
