I'd like a message mode that saves and kills the current message
buffer. I.e. just a two key replacement for `C-x C-s C-x k RET'.

I've now made `C-c C-d' save the buffer before exiting.

But `C-c C-d' is useful as-is. I use it when I decide that I won't
reply anyway. I want another key for when I decide that I want to
finish the reply later.

Isn't that what `C-c C-k' is meant to do? I mean, when you decide to
not reply anyway.

On a similar note, nndraft should have the ability to delete
no-longer-wanted drafts. 'D D' or something will nuke it...

*Cough*. On a similar note (more to my previous message still in my
queue), B DEL works, as someone pointed out in a different thread
(which brings up a new TODO list feature: An intelligent threader
that looks at more than just the subject line and decides "hey, these
two threads are really talking about the same thing... Let's merge
them for the user so he doesn't make a fool of himself by stating
something thats already been said or asking something thats already
been asked in another thread". Wouldn't that be cool?

Back to the matter at hand, why not make 'D D' == ... sorry...
(equal '([D D]) '([B DEL])). Most people aren't as "aware" of backends
as the rest of us, so they won't look for something in the backend key
bindings...

Oh, I hadn't noticed that! I was looking for something that wouldn't
kill the message. It's perfect! `C-d' for `delay' and `C-k' for kill.

`B DEL' works in nndraft groups as well.

Well, `B DEL' works in both the drafts group as well as the queue
group, so I think it would just confuse things even more to create a
special `D D' key binding in the drafts group.

Maybe add `B DEL' to the draft menu?

Yup. Fix in Quassia Gnus v0.26.

Small problem. I have to press `C-c C-k yes RET' to kill the messsage
with `C-c C-k'. I don't think it should be more difficult to kill a
message, than to send it.

Well, `C-x k' axs the same question, so I think it makes sense to have
`C-c C-k' do it as well.
