I think it should be possible to enter an empty group. I wanted to
this, when I had created a group which should hold various text
files. I intended to enter the text files with `B i'.

I've now added this to the Red Gnus todo list. Perhaps `C-u C-u RET'
should allow entry into empty groups?

I'd prefer just `RET' to enter the group. If the user explictly ask
to enter the group, I don't see any reason not to do that.
