You have to turn each server into an agent controlled one.  In the
*Group* buffer, hit '^'.  Then you have to hit 'J a' on every server
you don't want an open connection with when its unplugged.

Counter-intuitive, somewhat, I know.  Unplugged should me "I don't
have the stupid cable plugged in so I *can't* get to that server".
