IMHO, the new evil definitely has the right eyebrows but the rest of the expression looks "mad" not "evil". It should be a smile not a frown, for example. (hence the reason that the > is in the ascii version of it). IE, compare the old face to the new and I don't see them portraying the same emotion. Actually, the poke isn't bad.
