I'm using Gnus from the CVS (this morning, European time).
At the moment I receive mail as keichwa@gmx.net (preferred) and
ke@gnu.franken.de (that's the "real" name). Therefore I've set:
(setq gnus-ignored-from-addresses "\\(ke@gnu.franken.de\\|keichwa@gmx.net\\)")
and my archive groups are displayed as I like it. In addition my hope
was that Gnus wouldn't put keichwa@gmx.net into the Cc header line if I
`F' to a received mail.
Is it possible to tell Gnus never to send a reply (Cc:) to
keichwa@gmx.net?

Set the variable message-dont-reply-to-names.

The variable that Gnus looks at for `F' is different:
message-dont-reply-to-names. Note that the matching might be done in a
strange way. (Regexp must match beginning of mail address?
Implicitly surrounded by "\\<...\\>"? Something else? I'm not sure
what the code currently does.)

Thanks, Kai. This setting does the trick for my purposes:
(setq message-dont-reply-to-names "\\(ke@gnu.franken.de\\|keichwa@gmx.net\\)")
