Two suggestions, one of them serious:

  BBDB integration to record senders that have product signature spam,
  and add "Sent from my Emacs" on unicast mail to them.

  Add a washing mode that remotes the usual spammy signature lines about
  iFoo, crackberry, etc., and default it to on.
