Subject: Problems saving to RMAIL files
Date: Thu, 16 Dec 1999 21:54:45 GMT [thread overview]
Message-ID: <u1z8mim7u.fsf@nospam.com> (raw)
I occasionally save Gnus messages to RMAIL files.
In 5.8.2, the definition of gnus-summary-save-article-rmail reads:
(defun gnus-summary-save-article-rmail (&optional arg)
...
(let ((gnus-default-article-saver 'rmail-output-to-rmail-file))
(gnus-summary-save-article arg)))
This causes an error, because rmail-output-to-rmail-file chokes on
a nil filename.
In 5.7, this read:
(defun gnus-summary-save-article-rmail (&optional arg) ...
(let ((gnus-default-article-saver 'gnus-summary-save-in-rmail))
(gnus-summary-save-article arg)))
which works.
