It should be used as the administrative address for mailing list, so
e.g. unsubscribe can be done automatically.

Why not just use gnus-summary-post-news command (bound to 'a' key) ?
It uses 'to-list' parameter in mail groups and can even fill this
parameter automatically after first post.
