Subject: Problem with immediate expiration of messages
Date: Tue, 01 Jul 2003 13:11:53 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <u4r26wlfq.fsf@axis.com> (raw)
If I set the group parameter `expiry-wait' to `immediate' I
can't expire messages in that group. I have:
(setq nnmail-expiry-target 'nnmail-fancy-expiry-target
nnmail-fancy-expiry-targets
'(("from" ".*" "%Y.Archive")))
The behaviour seems quite strange, I see the following in
*Messages*:
Expiring articles in incoming...
nnimap: Updating info for 2003.Archive...done
nnimap: Updating info for 2003.Archive...done
nnimap: Setting marks in 2003.Archive...done

Quit
(I pressed `C-g' to end this.)
Setting `expiry-wait' to 1.0 shows the more sane behaviour:
Expiring articles in incoming...done
Is there anybody that has immediate expiration working?
Niklas
