I recently got a mail which was sent by Microsoft Outlook Express
using the charset UTF-8. This was not decoded by my Gnus, so for
instance an "å" was presented as "Ã¥".
Isn't Gnus supposed to decode UTF-8? Or is something wrong with my
Emacs or Gnus?
