	I'm using Emacs 19.34.1, and this is the first couple of lines in
the Changelog:

Mon Oct 20 19:17:54 1997  Per Abrahamsen  <abraham@dina.kvl.dk>

        * Version 1.9961 released. 
                  ^^^^^^

	It works, and is easier to download _custom_ than _XEmacs_, well at
least for me (I cannot install it here anyway) :(
