Subject: tm / message-mode question

Basically, I only want mime when I have an insertion or something
similar. Is there a way to set up messages so that I can get the
tm-modified version only when I want to? Normally, I add tm to
messages by using the following incantation:
(load "mime-setup")
But is there a way to undo this?
