It > shouldn't care about the date format. May I remind the original problem that I encountered that started that thread? I am using nnmail fetching messages from several pop3 servers. One of the messages had that magical sequence (perfectly legal in a mail message I think) - "\n\nFrom". That was *not* the start of the message, it was just a part of the message text. And gnus screwed up that message - it split it in the middle, and put junk in my mail group as a result. If I understand that situation correctly (please tell me that I'm wrong) this is kind of by design. Or am I missing something here? (I still have the IncomingXXX file and the FUBAR split message - can email them if needed.) -- Cheers, -Dima.
