I don't think it's changed in a very long time.  You talk to
ding-request@gnus.org or ding-request@hpc.uh.edu or majordomo@hpc.uh.edu.

I don't have any mail from you in that mailbox.  I also don't see any
addresses remotely resembling yours on the list.
