Hi,

when using

  (bbdb-initialize 'gnus 'sendmail 'message 'w3)

instead of a simple

  (bbdb-initialize)

I get

[-- Attachment #2: *Backtrace* --]
[-- Type: application/octet-stream, Size: 315 bytes --]

Signaling: (void-function gnus-buffers)
  gnus-buffers()
  gnus-clear-system()
  gnus-1(2 t nil)
  gnus(2 t nil)
  gnus-no-server-1(nil nil)
  gnus-no-server(nil)
  call-interactively(gnus-no-server)
  command-execute(gnus-no-server t)
  execute-extended-command(nil)
  call-interactively(execute-extended-command)

Any idea, why?

Thanks,
Stefan.

I think this must mean that you're picking up an old version of
gnus.el(c) from somewhere.

Thanks for the hint and, indeed, I did set the path stuff for gnus after
initializing bbdb.

Stefan.
