Hello.

I am using Gnus-5.4 on Emacs/Mule comfotably.
But I found a problem pop3.el write files with
the default coding system.

I set the buffer-file-coding-system to japanese-shift-jis-dos.
So crashbox is written with this coding system.

I apply this patch to pop3.el to resolve it.
Could you use this patch officially?
